The JVC GZ-MG20E Camcorder is the PAL version of the entry-level member of the innovative Everio line.
Instead of tape or DVD, Everio records its video to a built-in 20 GB hard drive. From there, you can transfer video to a PC via USB 2.0 cable or transfer it to tape or DVD. You can record up to 25 hours of video in Economy mode, or almost five hours of DVD-quality MPEG-2. You can also record stills and video to SD cards at a maximum resolution of 640 x 480. 16:9 Squeeze mode lets you shoot video that fits wide-screen TVs.
3D noise reduction and digital image stabilization give you great pictures in almost any condition. A 25x optical zoom gets you up close and personal, and an 800x digital zoom brings you closer than ever to the action. Editing and DVD authoring software are included for both PC and Mac owners.
